It is normal practice to take up CCNA Voice training & CCNP Voice training and certification before CCIE Voice training and certification.

The Cisco website describes Cisco Certified Network Professional in Voice: CCNP Voice certification’s role as that which validates advance knowledge & skills which are required to integrate underlying network architectures. CCNP Voice certification further validates a skills in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting converged IP networks. Armed with a CCNP Voice certification, an certified individual is expected to be able to create a collaboration solution that is transparent, scalable, and manageable. CCNP Voice training focuses on Cisco products like Cisco Unified Communications Managers (formerly Unified CallManagers), quality of service (QoS), gateways, gatekeepers, IP phones, voice applications, and utilities on the Cisco routers and Cisco Catalyst switches. The integration and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications applications are also covered in the CCNP Voice, specifically the Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Presence applications.

ISOL Cisco Voice labs is adequately equipped for students who would take CCIE Voice training with us.  Therefore, it is more than sufficient for our CCNA Voice trainnig and CCNP Voice training students.
Further our Cisco Voice labs have multiple sets of equipment needed for the CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice and CCIE Voice certifications. Batch sizes are small and therefore each student of our training in Cisco Voice technologies is guaranteed enough personal attention and hands on practice during the course of our boot camps.
