Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions related to training at Internetwork Solutions.

Limitations of Liability apply to all payments made to Internetwork Solutions Co., Ltd as described at our Limitation of Liabilities page

Payments to confirm: You would need to either make full payment or send in a deposit of $1000 ($1500 for CCIE training and package courses) to confirm your admission. We can accept payment through bank wire transfer / Paypal / Western Union. Your training is confirmed only after we receive your payment unless we specifically write to you otherwise.

Course fees and any payments made are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another scheduled class or to another person (i.e., you can send a friend in your place for the same course) if you are unable to attend the original class/date. Career course fees are payable 100% in advance. Downgrading to another career course or combination course is not permitted. Should you wish to discontinue your career course and substitute it for other courses, individual prices of the courses you have taken will be considered while adjusting your balance amount (if any) with other courses.

Course fees and payments made for 1-1 batch are non-refundable nor transferable unless cancelled minimum 3 months in advance.

All payments made must be utilized within a year of the originally scheduled course date after which any credit towards them will be considered as lapsed.
